Who is Mike Dillard? He is the author of the book "Magnetic Sponsoring". This book is for the prospective network marketer to learn how to become a "magnetic" sponsor. It's a book to guide you in helping you to find the best way to do things and to do it your way. The book is under a lot of controversy, one reason it is only 40 pages of content.
Mike Dillard teaches network marketing and sponsoring strategies. He has a very unique approach to business, he teaches you to be the "hunted" instead of the "hunter". He teaches Internet marketing techniques , called "Attraction Marketing".
Mike Dillard is a man that has his own prospecting company. His company provides a way for an Internet marketer to get traffic and prospects for their website. He offers lead capture pages that obtain the prospects information, follow-ups to a prospects email, traffic and signup statistics by the day and the month.
They provide Contact Management with notes, calendars, appointments and reminders. They offer "Tellafriend" invitations and tracking them for you. They provide product presentations and services.
They refer these features as the "second phase" in effective Internet marketing. It is basically automated prospecting to help a business to succeed. They sell a software that provides the "first phase" as well as the "second phase" that works 24 hours a day.
His first month of his business, he recruited 35 reps personally and grew his organization to over 500 within months. His volume in sales averaged over $500,000 that year.
You're a-typical multi-level-marketing company obtains new distributors by promoting themselves and their product first to their families, then they go on to their friends and so on. It boggles the mind how a company or even downline group can grow so quickly. But then, this is a prospect marketing company. I guess Mike did what he claims his company can do for anyone.
The way the company seems to work is by the market it targets. There are funded proposals, where the prospects are actually paid to be prospected. They are then drawing out more commitment from prospects and using the Internet to market them and to follow up.
These methods can bring in tons of money in sales in only a few days. Mike Dillard is working toward making this the new wave of MLM, it is the "Internet Based MLM".

In Mike Dillard's book, "Magnetic Sponsoring", he shows you, the network marketer, how to become a magnetic sponsor. By applying marketing techniques that will allow you to attract customers and business builders into your network marketing downline.
Although the "Magnetic Sponsoring" book is short on pages, it gets its point across very well. However, it doesn't show network marketers how to market their business step by step. It's a basic guide, that'll show you how to become a magnetic sponsor.
The "Magnetic Sponsoring" book reminds me of a scene in the 2003 movie, "Lord of the Rings: Return of the Kings". There was a conversation between Sam and Frodo. The conversation went like this:
"Frodo: No, Sam. I can't recall the taste of food... nor the sound of water... nor the touch of grass. I'm... naked in the dark, with nothing, no veil... between me... and the wheel of fire! I can see him... with my waking eyes!
Sam: Then let us be rid of it... once and for all! Come on, Mr. Frodo. I can't carry it for you... but I can carry you!"
Sam kept mentioning how he could carry Frodo, but couldn't carry the ring. This is much like the Magnetic Sponsoring book. Mike Dillard can provide you with the information and help you with the growth of your business, but he's not going to grow it for you.
There's also another quote from the movie where Sam doesn't want Frodo to leave him or lead him where he can't follow. The quote is:
"Sam: Oh no! Frodo... Mr. Frodo, wake up... Don't leave me here alone. Don't go where I can't follow... Wake up."
This reminds me of an outcry for help that your downline needs. Mike Dillard does a good job of providing you information that shows you how to be a leader. It shows you how to lead your downline, so that you won't leave them behind. Or go where they can't follow. So, "wake up", as Sam tells Frodo.
Mike does a great job of showing you the differences in leaders, and how to become the alpha leader. Which is very important for attracting people into your business.
In the book, the information is generic. It has to be that way so that everyone can see how to apply it to their particular industry. If he focused more on health and wellness, people who market travel would be left out. So, he designed the information with the intent to help all network marketers, MLMers, internet marketing entrepreneurs, or whatever you want to call yourself. He made sure that you could become a true magnetic sponsor.
Mike Dillard, who waited tables in a restaurant in order to pursue a career in network marketing, discovered the proper use of positioning, the art of self-selling through education, which helped him in adding well over 500 people into his networking business within months. And averaged over $500,000 per year in volume sales.
Today, he spends much of his time educating network marketers on how to grow their network marketing business using techniques that allows them to attract people without having to cold call. By applying his techniques, you'll be able to turn yourself into a magnetic sponsorer.
In "Magnetic Sponsoring," I found out that the strategy of the A-B-C business model is valuable for networkers. Mike doesn't just tell you what Part A, Part B, and Part C is. He teaches you how to apply that principle in your MLM business,network marketing business, internet marketing business, or what ever you want to call it, in order to keep your business growing and maintaining a constant cash flow.
This book brings a revolutionary, fresh, and "go get it" attitude to the network marketing industry. It explains alot of what most people fail to understand. Which is to improve your skills and knowledge through learning and experience.
In his newsletter, Mike guarantees that he can turn you into a MLM lead and cash generating machine. I have to admit that at first, I really didn't believe him. I was skeptical. And I thought he was just another guy creating a lot of hype to make a quick buck. After reading his "Magnetic Sponsoring" book however, I really see that he can actually back up his claim.
One thing I think he could improve on in this course is live interactions with top producers. This will help you ask questions while you're applying the techniques taught in Magnetic Sponsoring. However, he does have a Magnetic Sponsoring Web 3.0 community that's very helpful and useful. Not only do you mastermind with other like-minded network marketers and internet marketers, but you get to mix and mingle with million-dollar marketers.
Based on the claims that Mike makes in his free video training, and in his "Magnetic Sponsoring" book, I could not think of any questions left unanswered, or any unfulfilled promises.
If you are in network marketing business, MLM business, or internet marketing business, you know that the life blood of any business are leads. You need alot of leads. In order to accomplish that you have to advertise or buy leads.
If you are running your business on a tight budget, and want to generate leads, generate cash to help pay for your advertising, and don't want to spend yourself out of business buying expensive leads, then my highest recommendation is the Magnetic Sponsoring book.
So here's my rating for the MS course. On a scale of 1 to 5, one being lowest and five being highest. I give the "Magnetic Sponsoring" book a solid 4 star rating.

If you have been on the internet long building your internet network marketing business you at least know of Mike Dillard and his Magnetic Sponsoring books and courses. He has quite an impressive track record. He just released a new product called Building on a Budget.
Building on a budget is a compilation of techniques to build your network marketing business while on a budget. This was very enticing to me because I know that most people start their business on a budget. Most of the time new business owners are on a very tight budget. At the very least I wanted to see if the product would bring value to those in my downline.
My first impression was very good. I ordered the book and received the free bonus immediately. The free bonus was worth the price of the book alone. It had some very interesting ways to build your business online on a budget. Some of the techniques described are completely free to implement. Honestly I had heard of a couple of the ways but have never pursued them. After this training they made much more sense and I felt more comfortable with trying them.
Next impression was also superior. To my surprise I received my hard copy of the book within three days in the mail. The content was very easy to read and understand. It was in a very clean and concise, do this and then do that, format.
Today was the first day I implemented one of the free strategies. I was only testing it so I did it on a very small scale. Imagine my surprise when I checked the stats and found that I had a prospect only two hours after posting an ad. This is for sure a good sign in my book. I did so little to get a result. To say the least I will test this method much further to see what other kinds of results I can get from the free advertising.
In addition to the Building on a Budget book you also receive access to the magnetic sponsoring back office. It is also jammed packed with loads of quality training.
Another gem of this product is the way Mike also discusses the attraction factor in all your marketing. This is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who is building on a budget or who has sponsored a fellow network marketer that is building on a budget. Luckily I recently purchased Mike Dillard's updated Magnetic Sponsoring again. This time I'm really locked into it; perhaps because I've tried other methods of getting leads that haven't worked for me, and that were expensive.
Now my leads pay me! Purchasing Mike Dillard's book for $37 has proved to be
one of the best business investments I've made; the cost even includes a
powerful online back-office.
In his book, Magnetic Sponsoring, Mike Dillard teaches you, the network
marketer, how to apply the proper marketing strategies that will turn you into
a magnetic sponsor. In his words, "you become the hunted and not the
hunter".
This is not some downloadable e-book; you get hard copy mailed to you anywhere in the world, (plus there are a few very useful downloadable 'extras').
Mike Dillard, like so many of us, admits to being a failure at network marketing when he first started. But was totally convinced that the method of marketing called 'network marketing' was basically sound, and that if he was going to succeed he'd have to take responsibility for his failure, and really educate himself on how to become a successful Internet marketer.
His first step was to quit his job as a surgeon recruiter for many hospitals, and become a table waiter so that he could pursue his career in network marketing. To conclude the Review Mike Dillard's Magnetic Sponsoring, and on a five star rating, with one being the worst and five the best, I have to give Mike Dillard's book a rating of four.

When most people hear the term "network marketing," they look for a quick way to escape. For too many years, family members and friends have been bombarded by other family members and friends to join them on the great Amway ride to wealth and happiness.
Did the ones trying to recruit end up successful and find their wealth? Most likely they didn't. They had the desire to succeed, but they went about it the wrong way, driving people away from their products rather than pulling them in. A great marketing plan can be the difference between success and failure.
Does network marketing work? Yes, and there are many great marketing techniques you can use to help achieve success.
The first tip -- and the one most people get wrong -- is to assume that everyone will want what you have to sell, which is not true. Thinking this way will waste a lot of time and effort while you try to sell to uninterested people. Think of who your target customers are, and focus your marketing efforts on them.
When trying to build your own MLM downline, don't waste your time on people who sign up but have no motivation or drive to succeed. Focus your attention on the people in your downline who are willing to work and forget the others.
When you receive leads, follow up with them. The majority of people will not buy something the first time they see it. You will encounter impulse buyers, but most often they will need to see it a few times before they decide whether or not it is what they want. Have an auto-responder set up and monthly newsletters, which makes following up a lot easier for you.
Make sure you are keeping up with the times. You need to know what marketing methods work and which ones don't. If you don't enjoy getting calls from telemarketers or having salespeople show up at your door, chances are other people don't either. Research current marketing methods like social book-marking and article marketing and use them.
Like your product. How can you successfully sell a product or business if you yourself don't like it? It is almost impossible and not fair to you. With so many network marketing opportunities available there is no reason you have to be stuck trying to sell products you don't like and don't use.
Ride Internet trends. Blogging has taken on a life of its own online so why not take advantage of it? If you don't have the time or resources to do the blogging yourself, hire someone to do it for you. Blogging will help get your name and business seen. By posting your url each time you blog you are creating back-links to your website, enhancing your Web presence.
Don't be a stranger. Start participating in discussion forums. Find forums that relate to your business. Offer advice, answer questions and post articles.
You will be seen as an expert in your field and as someone who is willing to help. Create a signature that includes your website address, which gives others a way to check out your website.
Your goal as a network marketer is to attract people to your site. It may take a few times before they join but if they only come once chances are you have lost them as a down line prospect.
Create and publish a monthly newsletter that reminds potential clients of your products and any important upcoming events. Eliminate any pushy sales tactics or sales hype with this letter. If you keep the information useful, you will keep them interested.
Being pushy will do just that, push them away, something you want to avoid. On average it takes a website visitor seven visits before they sign up or buy anything. Without a reminder do you think they would visit your website seven times?
Another powerful marketing strategy and a great way to help build your own MLM is to write a press release. A press release gives you the opportunity to provide your story to others. When writing your press release include the who, what, where, when, why and how of your business.
A well-written press release has the capability of creating interest across the internet for a long time. This is one of the most powerful marketing tools you can utilize.
So next time you wonder: Does network marketing work? You will know the answer is yes. Be persistent, have the drive and desire to succeed and use the right marketing techniques, and you may find yourself exactly where you want to be, at the top.

of it, and submit them to these free web sites.
A good mindset to be in while creating an article or press release is to think
of it as a testimonial. Explain about the power of the product and use specific
examples on how it has been a benefit to you. You can also throw in some
details on how the business has benefited you and why you think Magnetic
Sponsoring is a must for everyone.
Be sure to use specific examples, because social proof is #1. Always leave your
readers wanting more and the only way they can find out more info is to click

There are so many different Internet systems out there that make all sorts of claims. Some will promise you royal fortunes, but require a royal fee to join. Others might not cost as much, but will definitely return less. The one thing that they all have in common is a promise for success. So we have to examine their methods. Lets look at Magnetic Sponsoring and compare it with The SpiderWeb Marketing System. There are some significant differences that are quite obvious. The first is cost. Its an easy comparison to make.
