Tons of affiliate marketer wannabes bought Affiliate Project X on it's launch day! For me, it took about a year for me to purchase this ebook because there is so much hype in the industry of internet marketing. Let me tell you that I was in for a surprise. After being convinced by a friend of mine that I should check this out, I did, and was pleased with what I learned.

The author of Affiliate Project X is a man by the name of Chris McNeeney. He has authored several hit products such as Adwords Miracles and Day Job Killer. His books are popular because he gives you the "meat" and not just the "potatoes"! This guy knows his stuff!

Let me tell you that if you are just starting out, Affiliate Project X will not help you. In fact, if you are an absolute beginner, I suggest you check out a program that guides you through your first 8 weeks in this business and beyond. It's called Wealthy Affiliate and they helped me step by step in getting started. What will Project X do for you? It will give you a set of strategies that are only known by the insiders of the industry. It's a roadmap to help you better understand and implement these master strategies.

Affiliate project X is for people who needs direction in finding new niches with a step by step method that teaches you to, as Chris says: "Rinse and Repeat" so that the next niche you go into will be easier than the first few. We as affiliates should know the importance of research and learning how not to stay "stuck" in one area of marketing! Chris teaches you to easily master this process.

Now if you have been in this game for a while, you will learn a ton from Affiliate Project X. The strategies learned in this guide will take you new dimensions in your marketing, especially in the area of selling information. Of course if you're experienced, you probably already know some of the techniques taught in the guide. But, I can promise that you'll learn some underground strategies that you haven't thought of before, and will knock your socks off!

You won't find these strategies at your local Barnes & Noble or in any chat room. Matter of fact, you might have seen versions of a strategy on your own, but once you see these strategies the Project X way, you won't think of the "standards" in the same way ever again! For Example, check out page 19 and see chris' version of a review page, called the leech 2. I've only seen a couple of people other than Chris using this one!

Will I learn to promote physical products using this book?

Even though Affiliate Project X focuses on promoting information on the Clickbank network, these strategies WILL help you to adapt to pushing physical products. I will tell you from experience that you can adapt these techniques to a physical products promotion.

Will Affiliate Project X help me make a six figure income?

Probably not because statisics say that 90% of people who buy infoproducts never even read them, so that depends on your efforts. The methods taught are very powerful and it will help you increase your income for sure, if you apply them. If you at least read the book through 3 times and take notes and absorb the methods, you will be successful. This is how I used the book and it has helped me big time!

Affiliate Project X is not a ebook filled with fluff and graphics to make a 50 page book look like a 105 page book! It is a 72 page book with pure information and videos with live examples of the strategies Chris uses everyday. One thing it is not, is a bunch of recycled information gathered across the net. All of the strategies are laid out in a step by step manner for ease of use. These methods can also be used and tweaked to span all types of products wothout being a PPC master as of yet.Chris has included tons of advanced strategies as a bonus and you will learn a few ways to get around buying certain software by learning a few free tricks.

The only downfall to Affiliate Project X is that some of the methods taught will require you to think in "creative ways" on your own, to make them work. Another issue is that the book is more focused on Clickbank products, and as you know, there are tons of affiliate networks, not to mention independant affiliate programs. This is wher the "creative ways" come into play when you decide to launch out to different programs like Shareasell, Linkshare, and Commission Junction.

I do recommend Affiliate Project X. It's extremely helpful in getting you to jumpstart your career in this industry. Clickbank is where all of Affiliate Marketers should start anyway, It's easy money!!!! This book is an easy read and will give you some strategies that you won't find anywhere else. This is a staple for anyone who wants to be succesful marketing Clixkbank products and will provide solid ideas for all products spanning the affiliate marketing genre.

So is Affiliate Project X an essential resource for those wanting to join the super affiliate elite, or is it just another overyped ebook? That is the question that this Affiliate Project X review will attempt to answer.

Unless you have been living on a moon somewhere far away then the chances are that you have heard of Affiliate Project X. As launches go this was a big one, with seemingly every so called guru out there pushing it like mad. Well now that the dust has settled, and affiliate project X has been toppled from the Clickbank number 1 spot, we can hopefully reflect on this product with a bit more clarity.

In the midst of a hot launch it’s hard to not get swept away by the euphoria of the moment, and just give in to the hype there and then. It’s also difficult to have your voice heard when drowned out by a thousand affiliate wannabes all trying to promote the same product.

So is affiliate project x any good, or is it just another case of hype over substance? Well my answer is a mixed one and I’ll explain why. When you read the sales letter it becomes almost impossible not to buy. The sales copy is so hot that its effects on my wallet were almost magnetic. In fact I’d probably go as far as to say the affiliate project x has the best sales copy of any clickbank product I’ve ever read. A big call sure, but it really is that good.

Now, seeing a really hot sales letter like this always gets me suspicious as it always seems to be followed by a duff product. Maybe it’s just that the sales letter just whips you up into a heightened state of excitement that the actual product can’t normally compete. Either way, a professional and sleek sales letter like this always leaves me extremely suspicious.

The sales letter aside, what were my actual impressions of the affiliate project x the product? Well I have to be completely honest and say that at first I was a bit disappointed. Despite my caution the sales letter had almost reduced me to foaming at the mouth, and so it would have taken something BIG to not leave me slightly disappointed.

So why was I disappointed? Well I guess I was expecting something a little more than just another ebook. After all $97 does seem like a pretty steep price for just another ebook doesn’t it? Well that was certainly my thought as I read through the book page by page.

As I read through the book though I noticed that there was actually a deceptively large amount of information included in this product. At first glance you might dismiss this as inadequate when you consider that 70 plus pages seems a poor return on your sizable investment, but as you read on you notice that actually there’s an incredible amount of information packed into those pages. So much information that I was struggling to take it all in, and I normally gobble this kind of stuff up.

In terms of the content I’d expected the same rehashed ideas that I’d seen a million times before but that really wasn’t the case. The majority of the material was unique and genuinely insightful. Forget the overblown hype and the sales letter. This may not be the programme which will knock the gurus off their perch, but if used properly it could certainly show how to make money online. I though I knew all the tricks in th book, but when writing this affiliate project x review even I learned a lot of cool new profit churning tricks.

If you are expecting to knock the gurus off their perch in seven easy steps then this probably isn't the product for you. If however, you want to learn how to make a sizeable amount of money promoting other people's products then I'd strongly recommend Affiliate Project X.

Let me be perfectly clear. When I received an email to purchase Affiliate Project X, I deleted it from my inbox! I promised myself that I wasn’t going to buy one more worthless product that wasn't going to put any money in my pocket.

The Hoopla
Are you like me? Fed up with all of the internet marketing ads that flood into your inbox? Are you tired of the endless ‘opportunities’ that arrive on a daily basis to your email? I am so tired of every click flip, uncut, jerk this, butterfly that, tag, ping, money making scheme designed to make someone else rich.

The Scam
I was fully prepared to live my life without Project X. Then two of my friends, who make their living on the internet, started calling to tell me how great Project X is. They raved on and on until I finally relented and bought Project X. In the back of my mind I'm thinking that I'll just do this to prove them wrong, give it a try for 8 weeks and then get my money back.

The Truth
I'm here to tell you – I admit it, I was WRONG! Project X is the first product in a long time that delivers on it’s promises! It's not only great for seasoned marketers but also for newbies just starting out. Often internet marketing products are either designed for total ‘newbies’ and are paced way too slow for seasoned marketers. The same is true on the flip side. Products developed to challenge experienced marketers, are expected to move along at a fast clip and divulge lots of ‘never before seen’ tips and tricks. Project X does both seamlessly. And I never felt I was being talked ‘down to’ or that anything was ‘over my head’. It’s very rare to find a product that can do both.

The author, Chris, offers six ‘secret methods’ to launch yourself headfirst into affiliate marketing. Of the six, one is perfect for those just starting out or for anyone who doesn't have ready cash to invest. This method requires no domain purchase, no hosting fees, no websites! Too good to be true? The author claims that if you're willing to work, you can easily be making $40 - $200 a day 30 days from now! I believe him and I’m no push over. Even as an experienced marketer, I found several jewels of information in Chris’ book that I have ever read anywhere before. Never even thought of before! Light bulbs were going off in my head as I was reading all his new ideas.

I had never heard of Chris before (so there was no name recognition here!) but after reading Project X from cover to cover, I have to tell you that I really like him. Why? Because he doesn’t waste my time filling his pages with fluff. Project X is only 50 pages long. 50 pages of fast paced, blueprint methods. Best of all, it’s not all about Adsense. For anyone looking to get into multiple streams of income, this is the book for you. All for $97. I can’t tell you the number of worthless products that I’ve bought for twice that price – and more!

You don’t have to buy Affiliate Project X, but others are and that’s who you’ll be competing against in the days to come… Do you really want to lose this advantage? I encourage you to do yourself a favor and get Chris’ book before he gets smart and raises the price.

Affiliate Project X Version 2 is a significant update to the original version, which just came out a few months ago. Affiliate Project X Version 2 contains more than a half dozen updated sections, plus a handful of free videos and a tracking tool that will blow your mind.

If you already own Affiliate Project X, you should make sure you get the free update, read through it a few times, and digest it thoroughly. Yes, that's right -- whether you bought Affiliate Project X before or whether you're buying it now, you will get all of Chris McNeeney's updates -- for free -- whenever they come out.

That alone is nearly worth the $97 purchase price of Affiliate Project X Version 2. When I bought the first edition of Affiliate Project X, it quickly paid for itself. I learned tips during my first read through that I was able to quickly implement into my programs. I was repaid with incremental sales in a period of just two days.

By now a lot of what is inside Affiliate Project X is already being given away for free. No, it's not quite the same as what's in Affiliate Project X, but if you dig around on blogs and message boards, you can find lite versions of some of Chris's methods. Given that, why should you consider buying Affiliate Project X Version 2? Well, I'll tell you.

First of all, there is a lot of new information in Affiliate Project X Version 2. Two sections are slightly revised. That's great. While the new information in those sections is subtle, the benefits of it are tremendous. But better than that, there are five full sections in Affiliate Project X Version 2 that are either flat out new or that are significantly updated.

Trust me, I just got Affiliate Project X Version 2 last night and I already found a ton of value in these newly updated sections. The wholesale changes to The Leech, Affiliate Diary, and Workhorse methods are like gold. I can't exactly give away the secrets here, but let's just say I learned how to write better ads, get ahead of the curve on what's coming next in IM pre-sells, to make better use of my list, and how to leverage a number of tools.

My favorite part of Affiliate Project X Version 2 -- which is completely new -- is the Thumbscrew method. To be honest, I'm still digesting it. But as I read through it last night I got really excited. I know that I'm going to make a lot of money once I fully grasp this concept. I'm going to start putting these methods to work today.

Affiliate Project X Version 2 also comes with a spreadsheet tool that will help you to track the success of your campaigns. This tool alone is invaluable. Chris is handing you a tool that will tell you if your project is on the right track or not. It's a step-by-step blue print to tell you if you're making money, if you're not, and what you need to do to make more money (and/or if you need to get out of the product or niche that you are in). Think about that for a minute. Where have you gotten that kind of information before? My guess is nowhere. This is a tracking tool that will elevate you to the next level.

In short, Affiliate Project X Version 2 is an extremely powerful product. You may think that you're eight weeks too late, so there's no longer any point in getting on this gravy train. If you think that, you are wrong. Affiliate Project X Version 2 contains so much new information that you simply have to have it. The seven updated sections are incredible and the free tracking tool that Chris provides is simply amazing.

After using the techniques in Affiliate Project X, I was satisfied with my results from using the methods. However, I was not ecstatic because I had expected more from Affiliate Project X, one of the more expensive affiliate marketing guides. The affiliate marketing methods promoted in Affiliate Project X are definitely new and powerful, even though some of them may not be entirely ethical. A lot of hype had surrounded Affiliate Project X when it was launched, but it was not fully warranted.

Affiliate Project X mostly focuses on using new techniques and methods to make money from Google Adwords. It is definitely not the full and definitive guide to affiliate marketing, as there are many other methods not covered in Affiliate Project X. Don’t get me wrong though, the methods in Affiliate Project X are very powerful and will definitely make you money if you follow the steps. It just seems that Chris McNeeney’s guides are advanced versions of his previous of his previous guides like Adwords Miracle, thus a guide like Affiliate Project X is definitely not for you if you have no experience with internet marketing at all. Getting all his guides just to start on affiliate marketing is also not a good idea, since that would be too expensive, and there are guides that explain more aspects of affiliate marketing for a much lower cost.

For example, the product selection techniques in Affiliate Project X, that teach you how to find the right products to promote, are an advanced version of the product selection techniques in Adwords Miracle. If you have not read Adwords Miracle before, or if you have never advertised on Google Adwords before, you may find Affiliate Project X very hard to understand. Again, do not buy all his guides to fully understand them as it is not necessary.

If you have read Chris McNeeney’s guides before, Affiliate Project X will be incredible for you. Some of his techniques, like Copy The Best and The Leech, are quite revolutionary and will surprise you the first time you see it. The Leech is especially powerful because it can recoup your Adwords spending very quickly, the conversion rates are absolutely phenomenal and the return of investment on the Adwords campaigns are the highest I have ever achieved. The downside of Affiliate Project X is that the websites he requires you to setup do require more effort and time, instead of the simple direct link to the product vendor.

Seeing the effectiveness of the methods in Affiliate Project, I’m convinced that these are indeed methods that super affiliates use to make a full time income online. The methods in Affiliate Project X work great, provided you have some experience in affiliate marketing. I have no idea why super affiliates would share their powerful methods and systems with the public. But I guess the amount of money that change hands on the internet everyday is so large, and there are billions of products, that they can afford to share their techniques.

Affiliate Project X is constantly updated. Since the launch of Affiliate Project X was launched, it has been updated to version 2.01, which now includes details on how to overcome the “Google Slap” and some of the new obstacles of affiliate marketing. The best part of Affiliate Project X must be the ‘Battleplan’ videos. These videos are great to help you get started, all you have to do follow what Chris does in the videos.

There are many books and articles about affiliate marketing, but I've never come across one quite like Affiliate "Project X". It presents step-by-step methods that complete newbies can use to become super affiliates within the span of a few weeks, if they're willing to work at it. Even seasoned pros can learn a few things from this book and significantly increase the money they make from affiliate selling.

Affiliate Project X was released with the usual fanfare for new affiliate products, with big-name Internet marketing pros promoting it to their mailing lists. I must admit that I ignored APX (as fans often refer to Affiliate Project X) at first -- I was sure it was just another ebook about affiliate marketing, no different than the dozens of other books I'd read before. The fact that it was released at the same time as a number of other products didn't help -- there were just too many products being promoted in the same month. But then I noticed a real buzz developing around Affiliate Project X, so I bought APX to see what all the fuss was about. If I didn't like it, after all, I could always take advantage of ClickBank's 8-week money-back guarantee and return APX for a full refund.

Unlike many other ebooks, Affiliate "Project X" uses a small (some would say normal-sized) font and standard margins, so it manages to pack a lot of information into its pages. It starts off with an introduction by the author, who also wrote AdWords Miracle, explaining why he wrote the book and how he tested the methods with some volunteers. As it turns out, those who actually made an effort and applied his methods were making between 50 and 200 dollars per day within two or three weeks of starting. Which is more money than many affiliates make per day on average.

The heart of the book is the set of six methods that the author uses for making money as a ClickBank affiliate, though most of the methods apply to other affiliate programs as well. The APX methods are:

1. The "Leech": The Art of the Pre-Sell
2. The Affiliate Diary
3. The "Workhorse" Method

Each method includes very detailed instructions by the author on how to implement them. Only one of the methods requires the use of a specialized tool, and some don't require any spending at all on your part -- just your time and effort.

Note that this is not an introduction to affiliate marketing. Readers of Affiliate Project X are assumed to know how to perform routine tasks such as uploading files to a website, creating "squeeze pages", and configuring autoresponders. This basic information is easily obtained on the Internet for free.

Affiliate "Project X" does provide some advanced tips on cloaking affiliate links (to make it harder to lose your commissions) and how to track where your sales are coming from. The book has been updated to include information about ClickBank's new tracking capabilities -- you can expect the material to stay current.

An important caveat: although the methods presented in Affiliate Project X can make you money quite quickly, especially when you factor in ClickBank's semi-monthly pay periods, they all require work on your part. Whether it's researching products, finding keywords, writing pre-sells and articles, or just copying what super affiliates are doing, you need to dedicate some serious time -- think two or three hours a day at first -- to successfully implement the methods he presents. Don't try to rush through or skip over any of the steps, otherwise you will fail. And you need to re-read APX several times to make sure you're doing everything the right way. But the author is very upfront about all of this, and also about the fact that failures will still happen on occasion. But when you succeed, the payoff will more than make up for the occasional disappointment of a failed promotion.

For me, the best thing about Affiliate "Project X" is that it's made me think about affiliate marketing in ways that no other book has. That alone is reason enough to buy it. The fact that it gives you all the details on how to make money as an affiliate is even more reason to purchase it. Affiliate Project X isn't a scam, it's a great guide to becoming a happy and successful affiliate marketer. Definitely a recommended buy.

Affiliate Project X was the brainchild of an English internet marketer named Chris. Affiliate Project X sought to teach every day people to make a part time or full time living through internet marketing and, in particular, affiliate marketing.

You may be familiar with affiliate marketing but in case you are not I will just spend a moment to discuss what affiliate marketing is and why so many people use it to make online income.

The beauty of affiliate marketing is that you don't need your own product or even your own website to sell products online. Affiliate Project X is targeted to beginners, however, that being said seasoned marketers will also learn many new and effective affiliate marketing methods that will help incresae their affiliate commissions for the long term. Some of the most effective Affiliate Project X methods include the workhorse method, copying the best and spying on your Adwords competitors.

Affiliate Project X leaves little to the imagination as it goes into great detail how many people can earn affiliate commissions with absolutely zero capital outlay at all. Many affiliate marketing ebooks reveal methods which involve spending money, so this is where Affiliate Project X really goes the extra mile and makes it easier for people with money and people with none to invest to start earning commissions using Affiliate Project X methods.

This is a review of a brand new ebook that has just been released on affiliate marketing. Written by the same guy of Adwords Miracle fame.

Lets dive in and take a look, shall we?

At only about 50 pages, Affiliate Project X is quite short, however it has little fluff. I would have liked more details on each technique however.

Here is an outline of the methods inclosed in Affiliate Project X, to give you a better idea what it contains.

Method One: The Leech. This section talks bout how to promote the most popular products on clickbank the right way.

Method Two: The Affiliate Diary. This method concentrates on building a list. You use Adwords to build the list, however, with the money earned on the front end, it turns out to be free. Better than free in fact, since you are in profit if you do it right. A rather obvious one here.

Method Three: The WorkHorse Method. This section focuses on using SEO to get ranked in the search engines.

Method Four: Thief in the Night. I liked the name of this method. Basically, it shows you how to steal from the super affiliates. By steal, I mean, to locate a well promoted product using the thief in the night technique. Many affiliates promoting a product. What you then do is copy what they are doing, only do it better. This was my favorite part of the book and the only part I really liked.

Method Five: Copy the Best Part 2. If you have read Adwords Miracle, you will recognise the name. It is an extension upon that technique.

Method Six: The Opportunist. This tactic deals with locating hot, on the rise products. Choosing the right product at the right time, is very important with affiliate marketing.

Finally there is a section called, Project X Advanced Tricks. Covering such things as link cloaking and tracking affiliate sales. Most affiliates actually would already know these are important.

Overall, the book was nothing startling, and I wouldn't waste your money. It was really hyped up at the time of release, and didn't quite live up to the hype. I would have liked to see videos as an addition to the techniques covered in the book. Also, a forum for all owners to get together and discuss the book and affiliate marketing would also have been advantageous.

So in my opinion, don't bother buying it. Very disappointing.

The best thing about the business is that the learning curve is very short so you could be making money online in a short period of time. Affiliate Project X is a great way to get you started in the business because of the unseen techniques presented within.

The faster you read Affiliate Project X and put the techniques into action the faster you will start making money online and leaving others behind. What you will learn to do is promote products using secret google adwords techniques that very few other people know about. If you are not familiar with adwords then you could take a look at Adwords Miracle. This ebook was created by the same author as Affiliate Project X and will teach you everything you need to know about adwords.

It is not possible to learn everything you need to know about internet marketing from one single ebook. Yes, some ebooks focus on areas such as adwords and they are very good ebooks. Overall, the more ebooks you read about internet marketing the better off you will be in the long run. If you are serious about earning a full time income from home you should pick up a copy of Affiliate Project X.

I've been doing affiliate marketing for about a year, and I won't kid you and tell you it's been an easy adventure. I think the one thing I can say is that I haven't lost money, and if you've done any affiliate marketing, you probably know that when you first start out, this can be difficult to achieve. In some of my more frustrating moments I decided to buy some guides that I thought would help. One promoted splogging, one was a gambling scheme and another basically told me how to set up a Clickbank account and a Google Adwords account. I already knew how to do that, so it was junk. Actually, there are two that I would recommend wholeheartedly for a variety of reasons.

Recently, I fell into the hype of a new e-book called "Affiliate Project X". Maybe you've heard of it. No, this isn't one of those stories where I tell you about my skepticism, bought the product anyways and was blown away. Actually, I was quite disappointed in "Affiliate Project X".

Here's why I was disappointed:

1. A lot of the information was contained in Adwords Miracle, which I found to be a decent e-book for the intermediate affiliate marketer as I was, and I wholeheartedly promote this book.

2. Some of the techniques promoted such as offering a bonus or refund are practices that violate the terms of service for Clickbank affiliates. I've actually been having some conversations with Clickbank about this over the last few days because I think it unfair for those who are trying to go about the affiliate marketing business honestly to have their businesses put at a stand still because of those wanting to side-step the terms of agreement and practice deceptive methods to get sales because they don't want to put in the work.

3. The third reason I was disappointed was because besides the repetitive nature of the contents and the promotion of terms of violations, a method of link cloaking was promoted that did not work and the author had ample time to remove this section or even to alter it after being emailed about the fact that it doesn't work a few times. This was a complete let down. I'm wondering how many affiliates using the methods have actually caught on to this or even have the ability to test whether it's working.

All in all, after testing the methods and deciding I did not want to be that type of affiliate marketer, I have to say that I give Affiliate Project X a big zero. For those of you who made some money from it, good for you. However, I will sleep a lot better knowing that I'm an honest business person in the affiliate marketing business for the long haul using honest methods.
